Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Pay Range: $36.83 – $45.00
Summary: The ideal candidate is a Senior Engineering Recruiter who can independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle and become a trusted recruiting partner to Engineering leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with engineering hiring managers.
- Lead intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify engineering candidates.
- Manage multiple engineering requisitions simultaneously.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and the hiring process from start to finish.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted recruiting partner.
Experience:
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Recent engineering recruiting or engineering sourcing experience is required.
- Experience recruiting engineers in one or more of the following industries:
- Power Generation (strongly preferred)
- EPC
- Utilities
- Industrial Construction
- Heavy Industrial
- Experience recruiting one or more of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Civil/Structural
- Instrumentation & Controls (I&C)
- Process
- Piping
- Project Engineering
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
