Process Engineer
Appleton, WI (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $49.50 /hr. – $68.00 /hr.
Responsibilities:
- Perform conceptual and detailed designs for Pulp and Paper Technologies
- Use best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex engineering problems
- Interface with other disciplines, project management, and the client to provide fully-coordinated projects
- Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks.
- Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others
- Mentor junior engineers on basic engineering applications and principals
- Participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Paper Science, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering design is preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering design as a facilities/plant engineer or as a consulting engineer
