Architectural Design Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Pay Range: $35.00 – $46.00 per hour

Summary

As a Revit Designer within the Electronics Architectural Team, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to innovative problem-solving and design excellence. Working in fast-paced projects, you will collaborate with teammates based throughout the country and the world, harnessing their expertise and specializations. You will support the design and construction of facilities and structures for clients requiring advanced planning and building techniques.

Working with our Semiconductor team of architects and designers, you will help develop technical design solutions and produce project drawings, specifications and models. Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, perform all conventional aspects of architectural analysis and construction documents:

  • Modeling, preparing drawings and construction documentation using Revit and applicable software.
  • Managing and incorporating redlines from others.
  • Developing architectural details in collaboration with others.
  • Highly proficient in self-checking work and coordinating with related disciplines to coordinate design.
  • Maintaining reliable work practices to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Exercise judgement and problem-solving skills, reaching out to others for guidance or confirmation when questions arise.
  • Be a motivated self-starter who is punctual, proactive, and attentive, with strong organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Computer Drafting & Design, or 2+ years of related work experience within the Architectural Profession
  • Extensive modeling & drafting experience using Revit
  • Familiarity with Architectural documentation standards
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • U.S citizenship
