Pay Range: $110,000-$150,000
Overview:
Our client, a well-established player in the infrastructure and heavy civil space, is seeking a Project Manager to support work across the Washington, DC region. This role requires someone who can lead projects from early planning through execution and closeout, with a strong understanding of ground conditions and foundation-related construction.
This is a full-cycle project management role involving estimating, technical review, field coordination, and client interaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and field-based problem-solving ability.
What We’re Looking For:

4–10 years of experience in construction project management or related engineering field

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Sheeting and shoring or design build experience

Exposure to soil/geotechnical work or subsurface construction is a plus
-
Must be a collaborative team player, able to work independently and take initiative

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Skilled in both the pre-construction and execution phases
Core Responsibilities:

Support early-stage project efforts including client communication, solution development, and proposal writing

Prepare preliminary design input and cost estimates with support from technical staff

Oversee all aspects of active projects: budget, schedule, quality, safety, and team coordination

Lead project meetings and ensure contract terms are properly executed

Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including engineers, owners, and subcontractors

Identify opportunities to optimize performance, cost, and timelines
