Structural Revit Designer
100% Remote with monthly trips to Austin
Pay Range: Based on experience

Summary:
Support the design and construction of new industrial and manufacturing facilities, as well as renovations to existing ones nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate LOD 300 structural models for use with Construction Documents (including project notes, foundation and framing plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules).
- Coordinate structural modeling and assist with utility routing across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Piping/Plumbing, Network, Architecture, and Fire Protection.
- Integrate design input from vendors and manufacturers into the structural model while coordinating with other disciplines.
- Collaborate with the BIM/CAD support team using Navisworks, Revizto, and 3D laser-scanned point clouds for routing and clash detection.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and work additional hours when needed to deliver quality results.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years as a Structural Designer for building or industrial projects.
- 5+ years of experience with Revit Structural.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines
- Multitask and adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a drafting certificate.
- Revizto experience or similar multidisciplinary clash detection and model review
platforms. - Proficiency in developing BIM content, including families (parametric, formula-nested, and type catalogs).
- Experience working with vendors for content downloads
- Familiarity with developing fabrication-level (LOD 400) drawing packages.
