Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid
Salary Target: $62,000-$95,000
Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player to work cross-functionally to develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflow and standards in Revit
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee BIM/Revit software use as well as analyze and solve BIM user issues.
- Manage the implementation of supporting software and plug-ins for BIM.
- Create content libraries and template files and conduct model audits to ensure proper families and standards are met.
- Perform calculations, execute complex structural analyses, and prepare sketches and drawings.
- Ability to use Dynamo and Python for automation.
- Development and enforcement of BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
- Ensures discipline’s design is accurate and coordinated within the 2D drawings and/or 3D model and/or site scans
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience
- Proficient experience with Revit and Navisworks
- BIM experience with generating and maintaining project drawings/models
- High School Diploma required
- Associated Technology degree in Associate Civil/Structural Engineering, Computer Drafting and Design Degree preferred
